SAP PPDS IT FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

To help support the template roll out and growth of our Corporate SAP S/4HANA system, we are looking for an SAP PP/DS functional specialist to join the AluK IT SAP competence center Team. As a key player of the SAP Competence center, with focus on the planning and detailed scheduling modules, you will work on supporting and advising the business, and program management team in their further improvements to the business process design and implementation activities. Next to being responsible for the project & operational support of the centralized SAP S4HANA system (Private Cloud version), you will be using a proactive and agile approach to analyse business requirements and suggest the most ideal solution using the SAP best practices mindset. The IT SAP competence center will work with internal clients to improve their ability to react on a continuously changing digital world, enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation and modernize core systems to reimagine the business model with SAP digital solutions. Actively seek at finding help to fully understand the details of the Business Processes related to the whole production planning and have a good understanding of how this impact the other business & technical processes of the company. Identify improvements & solutions that can help shape the future of Aluk Ability to map Business Processes to SAP technologies and best practices (knowledge in the use of SAP Signavio is considered a plus). Write Functional documentation where an understanding of technical specification & configuration documents is a plus. Work together with our SAP implementation partner for externalized development & support work. Do minor to medium SAP4HANA system configurations. Write, review & validate functional documentation (technical documentation understanding is a plus) Support and lead tasks in an agile way. Provide expert level support to user requests & incidents. Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment. Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues. Help and advise in selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific internal client requirements. contribute to continuous development of methods and tools. Demonstrate accountability and contributions to the successful realization of the group IT goals. Profile A minimum of bachelor’s degree in either IT, Business, Engineering English is a must. Any other European language will be a strong asset, in particular, Dutch, French or Italian. A minimum of 3 years of experience of working in a SAP environment. Experience acquired through involvement into international projects and support activities will be a strong plus. A proven experience in working in a discrete manufacturing environment, preferably multi-sites and international. A proven experience in S/4 HANA will be a strong added value. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules, particularly PP/DS, APO. Knowledge of ABAP and or FIORI development is considered as a plus. Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to consult with senior leadership and influence without authority. Self-directed and organized; able to manage responsibilities for multiple, simultaneous initiatives. Outstanding communication skills: ability to deliver information in clear, concise, and relevant manner both in a written and oral format. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing environment Preferred Skills Possess expert and comprehensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, development, testing, and program documentation in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of developing/analyzing requirements, conducting systems analysis, developing/analyzing functional designs, performing/documenting integration testing, and developing program documentation Experience preparing functional design document for WRICEF objects. Experience performing business process analysis, mapping, and design. Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis. Experience developing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Testing experience in all phases: System, Integration, and Performance Testing and ensuring traceability.
