How you create impact Ensure operational excellence by managing shipments with precision and in line with company standards.
Apply optimized proceedings to ensure development of sea transportation operational KPIs.
Contribute to cooperation with suppliers for shipments management.
Process customer orders, promptly address complaints, and resolve any issues as a top priority.
Work closely with Customer Care and the Systems & Processes teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Contribute to the effective management of Full Supply Chain Logistics (FSL) processes.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and standards in all operational activities.
Adhere to Good Pharmaceutical Practices (GxP) in all relevant activities.
What we would like you to bring At least 2 years of experience in sea transportation.
Solid understanding of import and/or export sea operations.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable.
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
