SENIOR APPLICATION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Manager for our IT team to oversee and manage our entire application landscape, with regards to Infor LN cloud ERP systems and the external applications integrated with the ERP, especially the Siemens Teamcenter PLM. As the Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with company's business needs. Your experience will be key to addressing the company's IT strategy and help providing employees with a smooth working environment and the management with up-to-date business intelligence. You will also be responsible for managing external application professionals to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and effectively. You will work in a global environment, spanning from Italy to Portugal, UK and US. Main Duties will consist of: Manage and oversee ERP and PLM systems and related projects Ensure that ERP and PLM system and all related applications are integrated and aligned with business needs Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining company applications Lead ERP implementation and provide guidance and direction as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of applications Collect and prioritize business needs to define an IT roadmap Provide support and training to end-users Develop and manage a KPI framework for application-related projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of application systems and related technologies, and apply software asset management best practices Your background: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 8 years of experience ERP and PLM systems management and implementation Experience in a consultancy firm on aerospace and/or manufacturing customers a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a modern, young, dynamic environment Knowledge of Infor LN and Siemens Teamcenter a plus Language: This role requires professional proficiency in English.
