  We are looking for a   Senior Business Analyst (d/m/w) - Vision Care – DACH in Part-Time 80% Responsibilities Develop models and tools for analyzing performance and predicting sales for the subsidiary.
·       Identify all available databases within the organization ·       Create models and tools to connect and analyze the data ·       Provide recommendations to all departments and the subsidiary's management based on the analysis Boost the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) of the subsidiary through the development of activity indicators for different Vision Care departments.
·       Key Accounts (NIS/NTS sales, trade marketing actions tracking) ·       Field Sales (resale, field action KPIs, activity and training management on CRM) ·       Marketing (Volumes/NTS, trial lenses, CRM campaigns, market share data, Incidence Study, etc) ·       ProfEducation Develop the CRM tool "SalesForce" with EMEA support and according to local needs.
·       Identify local users' needs (NSM, AAM, ASM) ·       Translate these needs into system development/IT enhancements in EMEA ·       Deploy and provide training for local users Collaborate with the Key Accounts department to analyze the performance of our actions.
·       Retrieve data that feeds business indicator tables (e.
., resale data from national clients) ·       Implement mutual backup for the most critical tasks Maintenance of the most widely used platforms in DACH, including TABLEAU and SalesForce.
·       Manage users (permissions, access, etc.) ·       Build and publish/make available business indicator tables ·       Monitor and implement bonus systems Qualifications Experience Requirements ·       Higher education such as business school and/or engineering degree and/or master's degree in data engineering/analytics.
·       Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Analyst / Business Analyst ·       Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
·       Proficiency in tools.
Advanced level in Excel, knowledge of database management systems like Access, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP/JDE, CRM (Sales Force), data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
·       Project management skills.
Proficient in local/regional cross-functional organization and coordination between different departments.
·       Familiarity with common forecasting methodologies and strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation ·       Ability to design performance monitoring systems, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data, present results in a clear, convincing, and concise manner ·       Proficiency in primary and secondary market research techniques and the ability to brief and manage market research provider ·       Fluent in English For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our corporate culture at Johnson & Johnson and are a fundamental principle of our daily business.
