om   Join us as a Senior Business Developer - Parking & Mobility   What you will be doing Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be part of the Italian Business Development team, reporting to the BD Manager of the Unattended Payments Business Line and - in order to support the development of the Satispay’s value proposition - you will be in charge of activities such as.
Execute the Unattended segment’s strategy and priorities, focusing on B2B strategic partnerships and new merchants acquisition, especially in the Mobility sector; Achieve the Business Line KPIs (active shops, transactions, volumes, revenues) and OKRs, in line with the Company and BD Department's priorities; Improve the current commercial model set-ups, streamline sales processes, strengthen existing commercial and tech collaborations, and open new verticals/markets; Propose ideas to improve our sales strategy, in order to grow Satispay’s penetration and market share (product/UX improvements, pricing positioning, competitor analysis, etc); Manage cross-functional contributions from Tech, Inside BD, Customer Success, BI, Ops, and Legal teams.

Previous significant experience in the Mobility industry/companies (parking, transport, ticketing) in commercial and sales roles, focusing on new business acquisition; Extensive knowledge of the Italian mobility market.
key players, tech integrators, business models, potential opportunities, etc; A clear understanding of payments dynamics and economics applied to the Mobility industry Strong analytical mindset - you are able to tell a story based on data and to assess performances based on KPIs; Deep experience with managing a full sales cycle, building a department's structure & processes, tools introduction, and automation.
Knowledge of CMR solutions such as Hubspot will be a plus; Fluent knowledge of Italian and English - both written and spoken.
Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.

Fintech/scale-up previous experiences are a plus.
