You will be involved in ESG projects to define governance, risk management and legislative compliance strategies in the  Financial services  sector and you will become an important reference for your team e and the clients.
Your experience will be put to full use!   The projects will focus on.
ESG Strategic planning; Sustainability reporting and related control system; Evolution of Internal Governance and internal control system including ESG factors; Evolution of customer protection including ESG factors (e.
.
MIFID / IDD, greenwashing, …); Due diligence on human rights and environmental aspects; EU Taxonomy; Responsible investments.
The ideal candidate must have.
at least 2 years of experience with companies (insurance companies or banks) or consulting companies focusing on sustainability topics; a master's degree or other post-graduate degree in business, engineering management or finance with excellent results (preference for studies related to sustainability matters); an interest in financial services (banking, insurance and asset and wealth management) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework; attitude to develop innovative services and open new markets; ability to coordinate a project team and work in a collaborative way, performing also under pressure; excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
