Specifically, when you join the  Customer and Operations  team in  Rome, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective.
You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our  clients in the energy and utilities sector in Energy Transiction Projects  (ie.
Energy Communities, shift to renewable energy).
You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.
Specifically, you will be tasked with.
Governance  of the business process mapping and re-engineering project Organisational analysis and design Project  and change  management Target operating model  design     Come As  You Are - Your skills and characteristics   This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have.
