The Senior Finance Manager FP&A, Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV) will provide financial leadership and counsel to senior financial & executive management and regional finance partners in the areas of End-to-End JJV Free Cash Flow (FCF) generation, financial analytics & decision support and direct oversight of US JJV entities financial reporting, submissions & compliance.
The role will comprehensively oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the JJV’s Financial Planning Process for FCF aligned with J&J Corporate and global business requirements, shape & deliver against the analytics roadmap in support of value creation for the franchise, and support the JJV US entities in terms of annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, rolling updates, reporting and financial support.
The key roles responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager FP&A, Johnson & Johnson Vision position include but are not limited to.
·       Lead global consolidation of Free Cash Flow actuals and forecasts, coordination of reporting and forecasting cycles, reporting and continuous operational improvements in partnership with regional finance teams and select global functions.
·       Shape and lead delivery of the end-to-end analytics roadmap including creation & distribution of dashboards & visualization tools leveraging internal and external insights to influence and drive business outcomes ·       Support key strategic profitability and cash flow improvement initiatives within JJV ·       Ensure that financial objectives are monitored and have been achieved and that risks/opportunities are identified and mitigated by partnering with key stakeholders.
·       Manage the preparation of global reports and analyses to update management on the status of the business.  ·       Drive standardization and process improvement across various workstreams within the scope of this role ·       Ensure full adoption and utilization of standard reports, data and processes leveraging CFIN & Anaplan data sets Ensure robust financial control environment that complies with all internal and external regulations Lead direct team and provide indirect leadership throughout the J&J Vision finance team resulting in strong inclusion and engagement ·       Support adhoc requests as needed  The position will report to the Finance Director, WW Financial Planning & Analysis and have a total 3 direct reports.
Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance A minimum 7-year finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.
., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) Experience with CFIN, AfO, Anaplan, SCA and visualization tools (eg Tableau) is preferred Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft packages.
Proven experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization.
Possess strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
Strong continuous improvement mind-set Flexibility to prioritize tasks for the team Preferred.
Financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent Master’s/MBA degree SAP, CFIN, Anaplan & TM1 experience Experience at a similar level, or within a multinational environment Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment across all layers of the business Other.
