Why this role is important to us Professional Services are responsible for the onboarding of clients to SimCorp’s solutions and services.
We operate with consultants in EMEA, APAC and North America, supported by Global Delivery Centers in Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico.

Our soft skills trainings are built to enhance the consultants’ interpersonal abilities, as it enhances their ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with teams, manage projects, and understand client needs.
By combining these social competencies with technical know-how, our consultants can provide complete solutions and build enduring partnerships with clients.
In the role as Senior Management Consultant-Trainer – Trainer you will be part of our Value Services team which is responsible for partly design and delivery of soft skills training to consultants in the context of Education Services, and partly building and delivering management consultancy engagements to our clients as part of our Value Management practice.
Being involved in our Value Management practice will foster a deeper understanding of the challenges our consultants face in client engagements, ensuring even better soft skills learning experiences.
Your Responsibilities.
Craft and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored specifically for SimCorp consultants.
These programs will focus on communication, project management, relationship-building, and effective client interactions Act as a trusted advisor to our consultants, to accelerate our transition from ‘ask’ to ‘tell’ thereby transforming/enabling our consultant role to maximize our standard adoption and minimize customization while delivering value to customers Keep abreast of the latest trends in consulting, adult learning as well as SimCorp transformation journey.
Leverage this knowledge to continually enhance training content and delivery methods.
Continuous improvement and delivery of services under our Value Management framework.
Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and business growth Work closely with the Education Services team’s Learning Experience Designers and Developers.
They specialize in creating and enhancing learning content.
Your alignment with them ensures a cohesive approach to training design and delivery.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and continuously improve training methodology and material.
Provide personalized coaching to consultants, assisting them hone their interpersonal skills.
Whether through internal use cases or client-facing workshops, your guidance will foster good client relationships Travel to our global office offices for training and to client sites for Value Management engagements.

Clear and effective communication is essential for advanced training delivery International experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, ideally in the IT industry.
A critical-thinking approach to determining how effectively training is delivered and encouraging consistent progress Passion about discipline in client engagement, with high expertise in leveraging written and oral tools to guide client communication.
Familiarity with the fields of Investment Management along with Financial Technology Previous experience as a Manager / Senior Manager / Principal consultant, promoting client engagement and leading small to medium-sized teams.
Proficient in maintaining productive communication with fellow staff at high frequency.
Additional expertise (considered as an asset).
Hands-on experience in building training programs for consultants or leadership teams.
Accreditation from recognized bodies like ICF or EMCC, reflecting a deep understanding of coaching principles and the ability to foster personal and professional growth Proficiency in designing and facilitating cross-cultural leadership training, acknowledging and bridging cultural differences for global team effectiveness.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to SimCorp’s global operations (e.
., German, French, Spanish), facilitating better communication and understanding in a diverse workplace.
