Billie is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Innovation to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives and innovative product development.
Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing and Innovation, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support physical product development and messaging strategy for all new concepts, reformulations, and Billies existing product portfolio.

Create robust product concept pitches that communicate Billie’s unique value proposition, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market positioning Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with 3rd party manufacturers, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver a pristine product on time and within budget Own day-to day product testing, competitive evaluation, shipment coordination, and batch approvals Analyze and interpret mass market data to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies Oversee consumer/panel testing and clinical trials to validate product efficacy, safety, and consumer satisfaction Work closely with Brand and Sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive product messaging strategies that are aligned with company objectives and ensure go-to-market success Manage product’s Cost of Goods throughout the entire development lifecycle and proactively identify and address cost challenges to keep projects on track and within budget  Support team in managing Billie’s existing physical product portfolio and identify gaps within the market for new launches   What we’re looking for.
5+ years of experience in a product innovation & marketing role (preferably in beauty, personal care, or CPG) A proven ability to balance strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and a creative approach to build strategic product pitches A passion for creating innovative, beautiful products for others to enjoy A  detail-oriented product expert who knows the ins and outs of competitor product and where the industry is headed Experience and ability to concept and develop products that are ideal for our customers' needs– you can use your experienced taste to look at products discerningly  Crystal clear communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams A highly collaborative mindset that focuses on the success of cross-functional objectives–people are important to you, and you are important to your team!   The salary range for this position is $125K-$140K.
The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
