Collaborating closely with Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams, the Senior Online Business Analyst will spearhead the generation of insightful analyses and strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, possess a strong technical acumen, and excel in communication, effectively translating complex online data into actionable insights.
What you'll do.
Analyse performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and propose an action plan to maximise business opportunities and minimise risks.
Open-to-buy planning against sales forecasts by market, channel and store as analysis to support buying and replenishment management.
Sell-through performance analysis to manage inventory efficiently and identify opportunities.
Develop and implement the standardisation and automation of a reporting system with the aim of continuously stimulating business development and internal know-how.
Support the store management team in the management of brand partners through the preparation and review of the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
What we're looking for.
4-5 years of experience in the same or similar role Engineering, Economics, or Business backgrounds with the passion, skills, and experience to deliver high quality business analysis to our brand partners Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving capabilities, and a strong ability to interpret test results and draw insights Strong working knowledge of Excel Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Willingness to engage effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniority Ability to understand and provide clarity on complex problems, often “on the fly” Thrives in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment What we offer.
