Role, Responsibilities - Summary Leads Client service and has overall responsibility for multiple Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients, with a view of delivering the very best of IQVIA's experience, expertise and capabilities..
The role is a concrete opportunity to shape one of the most exciting segments in Health Care and entails the following.
P&L responsibility for at least 2-3 Programmes; optimise their profitability to meet or exceed budget.
Assume joint leadership of Senior Client relationships.
Provide Management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance.
Ensure that staff and teams maintain effective communication and working relationships with all other departments.
Design, delivery and management of innovative solutions, projects for Clients.
Mobilise, manage, co-ordinate resources and internal functions dedicated to the execution of Programmes.
Work with line managers to ensure that any study, staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved.
Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs, relevant guidelines\/policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that staff work according to the schedules and timetables established with the Client for the conduct and completion of the studies.
Act as the main point of escalation and problem solver for Programme Management.
