Job Description The Bridges and Structures team workload ranges from feasibility studies to scheme designs, detailed designs, assessments, inspections, construction support, and management services on various structures.
We are now looking to enhance and grow this team with individuals with a sound technical background with strong min 10 years of experience in technical and team management Bridges & Structures project capability on and who share our enthusiasm and determination to support our expanding workload.
A selection of our current and recent projects includes – Design of international bridges and building structures projects; Domestic projects related to structural design of new rail/highway infrastructures and buildings; Domestic projects related to structural design of assessment/adequacy of highway existing bridges and replacement; Potential opportunity in domestic and international long span bridge structural design; Several domestic and international bids in Bridge & Structure and buildings discipline; Civil Project in B&P and Infrastructures project which includes Structures; Site Supervision of Civil Domestic Project; Minimum Requirements Fluent in Italian and English; Experience in Bridge & Structural Engineering.
buildings and the related application of DM , Eurocodes, Italian new bridges, and assessment codes and guidance; Experience in computer analysis techniques – preferably in Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, LUSAS, MIDAS, Sofistik, Idea Statica, RC-SEC and ProSap; Good technical and communication skills; Demonstrable experience delivering to quality, time, and budget; Previous exposure to clients at both national, international, and local levels; Ability to manage buildings - bridge and structures team to deliver on time and budget; Perform cost budget for buildings bridge and structures projects; Ability on BoQ to perform according to Italian standards; Ability to manage project Construction Supervision and Health and Safety responsibilities including compliance with domestic legislation; Preferred Qualifications MEng or higher degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered or Incorporated Engineer in Italy; Experience in Italian Structural Design Standards, National Highways and Railway Standards, Australian AS, AASHTO LRDF, ACI; What We Offer We offer competitive salary and benefits like voucher meals, welfare program, health insurance, laptop, smartphone, and well-being programs to support you and your family.
