In this role you will provide leadership to the surveying team, fostering a culture of professionalism, proactivity, and customer focus. Lead by example, encouraging initiative and creativity within the team, and ensuring that agreed standards and behaviors are met and exceeded. Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and professionally. Proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Strong inter-personal skills. Demonstrable customer service skills and the understanding of what is required from a customer facing team. A problem-solving approach to work, with the ability to think outside the box and look for deliverable, effective solutions to problems as they arise.
