Mission.
This role focuses on Italy and will support in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers across domains such as SEM/SEO, sites and other digital channels.
The focus of this role will be also on planning and monitoring the ongoing brands presence in social media as well as relevant trends and conversations.
This position will have a unique opportunity to become a digital guardian of online digital touchpoints across brands and categories to drive digital transformation in the market.
Key Responsibilities.
Site and SEO.
strive for a strong visibility, traffic and engagement  Collaborate with key stakeholders to  ensure images, copy, website links, content etc.
are all correct  and locally relevant.
Activate value added features such as promo banners, contents, buy now buttons and chatbot tech.
Together with the agency define and active SEO strategy.
address content gaps, optimize metatags, act on technical audit   Together with a partner agency, work on backlinks recommendation, offsite strategy and cross channels integration Ensure websites are compliant with internal cyber security and privacy guidelines  On-going assessment of performance against competition and benchmarks; identify key gaps and opportunities Paid Search / SEM.
Manage the paid search plans (add copy, key words, landing page, performance) together with the Marketing team and agency to ensure we win in search Improve search efficiencies.
coordinate and execute LCP (lead, compete, participate) strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders    Performance Marketing.
leverage web analytics and ROI to strengthen our presence omni-channel     Set up priorities, goals and budget recommendations  Owning KPIs across key digital platforms and recommending action plan.
Accelerate conversion strategies.
contribute to value exchange tactics as part of our CRM program, maximize local contexts visibility to collect 1P data.
Drive omni-channel approach.
collaborate with key stakeholders to build cross channels  brand experience fueled by data.
Map shopper journey to leverage synergy  (i.

Contribute and activate integrated Brand Experience Calendar     Requirements.
2+ years of experience in a similar role  In  depth  knowledge  of  SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Content Marketing, PPC (Pay Per Click) and digital analytics.
Solid  understanding  of  web  metrics,  digital  analytics,  with  the  ability  to  generate,  analyze  and interpret  data.
Experience  managing  successful  digital  campaigns  Must  be  able  to  work  under  constant  deadline  pressure  and  manage  multiple  projects  across multiple  lines  of  business.
Project management  skills,  excellent  oral  and  written  communication  skills.
Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio), AEM (Adobe Experience Manager),  Jira, Similarweb  Language.
proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory    Location.
