SITE OPERATIONS HEAD - COSMETIC SECTOR

The primary objective will be to ensure the timely delivery of cosmetic products to customers while meeting product quality standards, optimizing production costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
He/she will oversee both bulk production and filling, packing, and logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on automation, operational efficiency, safety, sustainability, and service performance.
Contribute to the design and execution of the Operations strategy.
Lead local operational plans, driving automation and innovative technologies.
Oversee all operational functions, optimizing processes, supply chain, and manufacturing standards.
Promote operational excellence (LEAN, Six Sigma), sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a customer-focused, improvement-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards, enhancing OEE and production reliability.
Drive transformation and continuous improvement across complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or technical Master's preferred.
years of experience in manufacturing operations (cosmetics, pharma, or FDA-regulated industries).
10+ years in leadership roles with proven operational transformation experience.
Expertise in LEAN, automation, OTC regulations, and GMP.
Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
