Gartner Peer Community is a peer-driven platform where thousands of verified enterprise leaders connect with each other to help guide technology and business decisions.
Users can network, share knowledge, get advice, and stay on top of current trends in the technology space.
By posting questions, polls and surveys, leaders have access to real-time data and insights to inform their most critical decisions.  Gartner Peer Insights is a peer-driven platform that allows users to access peer technology ratings and reviews by verified users, filter based on reviewer metadata for the most relevant insights, and compare similar products to select the best tool for their needs.
About the role:  This is a unique opportunity for a systematic, technically strong, and driven individual to have a big impact on Gartner’s Peer experiences roadmap.
We are looking for self-motivated problem solvers bringing Frontend (web and/or mobile) or Full Stack experience.
Peer experiences is a very important initiative at Gartner to make it faster and easier for clients to obtain peer insights.
This role will work closely with the company leadership as well as the product, design, and QA teams to implement the product roadmap and help improve the client experience.
You will also help mentor team members and help with the release process.
What you will do:  Assume major responsibility for Peer Community user-facing platforms.
Participate actively in architectural planning and decisions.
Design and build client-side architecture and functionality for web and mobile.
Design and build effective APIs and scalable backend systems.
Work closely with Design and Product teams to build a truly useful product.
Understand user requirements and help understand and provide input into product strategy.
Build and enforce guidelines for clean maintainable code.

What you will need.
Must have.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, math, statistics, engineering or related fields is preferred 3+ years of experience using web frameworks like React (preferred), Angular or similar Some experience with NextJS Proven track record of building scalable, modular and understandable solutions Nice to have / opportunity to learn Some experience with back-end languages or frameworks (Java,  Node, Go) Proven track record of building scalable, modular and understandable solutions Analytical problem solving skills, driven mindset, and a bias for action Intuitive sense for design/usability Don’t meet every single requirement?
