Make low-level decisions, enabling higher-level leaders to focus on broader matters.
Report problems to higher-level leaders and manage resources to resolve them.
Help to deploy or execute new initiatives/procedures and keep them on track.

Ensure software development life cycle and standards are met.
Evaluate and propose improvements in the team processes to streamline daily operations.
Analyze possible weaknesses in applications and define actions to be taken.

We work with Windows OS and the main tools/progamming languages are  Java,.
ET,.
ET Core, Python, Azure, Azure Devops, REST API`s, among other cool tools.
YOUR PROFILE   Technical background with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
At least 4-5 years of proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with the ambition to grow to be a Team Leader.
If you already have some experience, even better Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (SCRUM, Azure DevOps...) Proficiency in software development methodologies and lifecycle; Experience in Cloud Environments (we work in Azure, but we value experience in other cloud providers as well); Communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent technical abilities to manage the common daily challenges.
Good leading and mentoring skills; Fluent English skills (German, Spanish or Portuguese skills are a plus).
