We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Consultant to join our team in Germany.
The Solution Consultant will play a key role in interpreting customer needs, designing innovative solutions, and delivering value-adding functionality to our customers.
This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving competency, and excellent consulting skills.
RELEX delivers product sets across the Retail, Wholesale, and CPG landscape.
What you’ll be doing.
Customer Engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met effectively and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Solution Design and Architecture.
Design innovative solutions aligned with industry standards to address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
Testing and Quality Assurance.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure solution quality and resolve defects promptly.
Solution Playback and Guidance.
Tailor system demonstrations and presentations to address customer requirements and build confidence in the proposed solution.
Data Proficiency.
Translate technical specifications into solution designs and manage parameters to meet customer requirements effectively.
What you’ll bring to the table.
Your analytical and structured way of working distinguishes you.
You have significant experience in Supply Chain Management in an operational role OR in a consulting role.
You have already gained experience with system implementation projects and project execution.
You work solution-oriented and can convince others of your ideas, but you are also open to opposing suggestions.
You follow new developments of our software and proactively immerse yourself in new topics with a thirst for knowledge.
You speak fluent German and English.
You quickly take on responsibility and have an independent way of working.
