Baumann forklifts are machines with a high technological content, with a wide range of customizations and accessories to create any type of application required.
For our factory in the province of Verona we are looking for.
Spare Parts Service Technician (M/F) We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Spare Parts Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued international dealer network, providing support in identifying and ordering the correct spare parts for our heavy-duty equipment.
Key Responsibilities.
• Technical Customer Support.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
o Assist dealers in identifying the correct spare parts for their specific equipment models.
o Provide technical guidance on part numbers, compatibility, and installation.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with our international dealer network.
o • Order Processing.
o Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
o Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
o Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Technical Documentation.
o Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including parts catalogs and service manuals.
Qualifications.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the heavy equipment (such as Agricoltural machine, Cranes, Diggers etc.) or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
The knowledge of German language is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
