SR DIRECTOR DIGITAL OPERATIONS - INDUSTRIAL NETWORK SERVICES & ISOLATION

In this role, you will.
Define and own the network DevOps operations framework used to engineer, build, and run OT services, aligning with current and future state architecture standards.
Ensure compliance with GE Vernova security architecture, providing guidance and implementing security standards for industrial networking.
Manage operational KPIs and oversee the Monthly Operations Review process for your product domains.
Collaborate with network finance and product management to develop product lifecycle plans and roadmaps for continuous improvement aligned with industry needs and cost profiles.
Consider multiple business scenarios in operations management, supporting various business units and working with MSPs to ensure effective regional support.
Represent GE Vernova in the separation office governance model, managing the project to transition services from Corporate Holdings to GE Vernova by March .
Maximize the use of software, automation, and Infrastructure as Code to ensure self-service provisioning and clear product descriptions with effective cost management.
Participate in researching and evaluating emerging technologies and market trends to support project development and operational activities.
Lead and develop a team of Junior and Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineers and Operations Leaders, fostering technical growth and excellence.
Implement best practice service management processes aligned with GE Vernova standards, including KPIs, asset, and configuration management.
Influence strategic and technical decisions across functions and business segments, including cross-modality and CoE collaboration.
Own financial responsibilities for product run costs, managing budgets, TSA charges, and cost-out initiatives.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with network MSPs, driving continuous improvement in service management processes.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM field, with at least 12 years of professional experience in Operations, Architecture, Software, or IT; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 8 years in IT/Software.

Extensive experience managing network products and services within GE.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially during critical incidents.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems from a customer perspective and guide teams to resolution.
Supportive of operationalizing new technologies, providing operational insights to architecture teams.
Deep understanding or certification in ITIL v3/v4 or similar frameworks.
