Financial Analyst to support the Global Development Organization.
The position can be located in either Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; or Spring House, PA.
This role may require up to 10% domestic or international travel.

Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine Research and Development (IM R&D) discovers and develops innovative medical solutions to address important unmet medical needs across multiple therapeutic areas.
The Global Development Organization is the backbone of drug development and is responsible for expertly delivering on the portfolio and providing transformative medicines to patients around the world.
The Senior Finance Analyst will provide financial support to the Global Development Partnerships team, collaborating with external FLEX vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure financial excellence and decision-making in alignment with strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities.
· Lead all aspects of budgeting/forecast and quarterly closing process for IM R&D FLEX partnership expenses.
Partnering closely with FLEX vendors and internal J&J stakeholders across the global organization to ensure effective financial management.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide strategic insights to business partners and finance leadership to drive efficiencies and influence decision making.
Lead operational improvements and implement analytics to provide better insights to the business.
Understand the business and being actively engaged in key business challenges, decisions, and opportunities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with colleagues across the organization.
Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA or CMA etc.
is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years progressive professional Finance experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel & PowerPoint) is required.
Proficiency with Alteryx, Tableau or other analytical software is preferred.
Strong business communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills is required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
Ability to challenge status quo and have an operational improvements' mindset/approach.
Ethical behavior in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for J&J Credo values.

The base pay range for this position is $ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
