Manager Cyber Threat Intelligence to focus on leading a team of cyber threat intelligence analysts within the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC).
This role will support the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) group located in Raritan, NJ or can work remotely in the USA.

On the Cyber Intelligence team, we continually improve our intelligence capabilities by investing in our people.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of intelligence analysts.
Assist team with prioritization and completion of tasks.
Cultivate team engagement, morale, and career growth.
Assist the Director of Cyber Security Operations with the team's strategic planning and goal-setting.
You will be tasked with identifying, analyzing, reporting, and prioritizing cyber threats using open and closed source research into suspicious activity to investigate adversary behavior in partnership with other teams in the CSOC.
You will focus on creating and delivering actionable written and verbal intelligence products targeted toward tactical, operational, and strategic audiences enabling organizational leaders such as business partners, senior leaders, and security analysts to make risk-based decisions.
Maintain awareness of trends and risks that can affect the organization as it relates to the intersection between geopolitics, third-party risk, vulnerabilities, and the cyber threat landscape.
Collaborate and share intelligence with industry groups such as H-ISAC, federal agencies, and international partners.
Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience is required.
A minimum of 10 years professional experience is required.
A minimum of 7 years of cyber threat intelligence or security operations experience is preferred.
Prior experience researching, acquiring, and implementing threat intelligence on activity related to APT groups and nation states is required.
A solid grasp of the current threat landscape including the latest tactics, tools, and procedures, common malware variants, and effective techniques for detecting this malicious activity is required.
Experience with structured analysis techniques (Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain) as well as a proven understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework is required.
Knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle is required.
Superb interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
Knowledge of geopolitics and its intersection with the cyber threat landscape is highly preferred.
Experience with graphical link analysis tools (Maltego, Analyst Notebook, Palantir) is preferred.
Practical knowledge with threat intelligence platforms (ThreatConnect, Anomali, RecordedFuture) is preferred.
Experience with common operating systems, services, networking protocols, logging, attacker techniques and tools is preferred.
Security certifications such as CISSP, SANS GIAC CTI, GCFA, GNFA are preferred.
Experience working with virtual, global teams - including diverse groups of people with multifaceted backgrounds and cultural experience is preferred.
This role may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is  $ to $.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
