Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural and has a wonderful international spirit.Who You Are:Passionate for fashion and a fast paced environment, our Stock Associates are MK Ambassadors, representingthe vision of Michael, Our Stoke Associates are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of Back of House and, AAS team players collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.What You’ll Do:PeopleoSupport the Team through the management and follow-up of all stock related tasks, including deliveries and Inventory Control.oWork as part of MK Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.oTake accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a MK Ambassador.oEnsure image and grooming standards are aligned with Brand policy.oPractice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit.ServiceoMaintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.oSupport the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.oBuild and maintain good communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and influencing to drive performance in store.SalesoMeet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.oAnalyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.oTrack and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs.OperationsoEnsure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following Brand guidelines.oEnsure integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle countsoEnsure loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss, communicatingwith the Line Manager.oCollaborate with VM responsible in store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.oPartner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.What You’ll Need:Able to drive Back Of House business and ensure the store goals are metSolution Driven attitudeTechnology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales andcustomer experienceAble to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environmentExcellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail andaccuracy
