We're looking for a Strategic Communication Expert to join our global IT communication team —not just to inform, but to engage, inspire, and transform how IT is perceived across Siemens Smart Infrastructure and beyond.

  Your Impact into compelling narratives, visual formats, and communication journeys tailored to diverse stakeholder groups—from internal business leaders to global teams Develop and execute high-impact editorial concepts, campaigns, and content assets across internal platforms (intranets, newsletters, Viva Engage) and selected external channels (LinkedIn, podcast formats, articles) Partner closely with IT project leads and service owners to embed communication early into digital transformation initiatives, ensuring visibility, understanding, and user engagement Curate and optimize web content ecosystems and microsites, using analytics to inform structure and relevance Act as a sparring partner to internal stakeholders on communication best practices, audience targeting, and content effectiveness Design clear, engaging visual elements (presentations, infographics, symbols) to support storytelling Contribute to event communication strategy and content planning for key moments like the Siemens Agile Conference or tech forums Introduce and refine data-informed communication practices that improve reach, resonance, and relevance   Your talents and experience A university degree in communications, business informatics, business strategy, or media-related fields 5+ years of professional experience in digital, internal, or strategic communication, preferably in a technical, consulting, or IT-related environment Strong affinity for technology topics, enterprise IT, and agile transformation narratives A knack for synthesizing abstract concepts and technical information into engaging formats and stories Excellent writing and editing skills in English Experience managing content across intranet platforms (e.
