As the Student Systems Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving comprehensive systems change management. Reporting to the [To Be Confirmed], you will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers to shape, control, and deliver impactful change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: · Leading and managing individual enhancement projects, ensuring the successful rollout of new functionality. · Collaborating with system owners, vendors, and users to enhance user experience and foster excellent business relationships. · Planning and leading the implementation of new processes and systems, including ongoing process review and documentation. · Providing briefings and training sessions to staff and stakeholders on system updates and developments. · Undertaking extensive testing of new developments, upgrades, and enhancement, resolving issues with vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate: To excel in this role, you will need: · A degree-level qualification with relevant knowledge and experience · Experience working in Higher Education (HE) administration. · Good working knowledge of student record systems or similar Business systems · Proven experience in initiating and leading change initiatives · Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across organisational boundaries. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and succinctly. · A customer-focused, strategic mindset and the ability to analyze data to form rational judgements.
