We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Organization Talent Acquisition team as an Apprentice in Milan, whose contribution will help shape the future of our organization by discovering and attracting exceptional talents.

Your Challenge As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team, working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Some of your main activities will be.
Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Professionals to assist them in their daily operational and administrative tasks, including data analysis, KPI and reporting.
Support in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Use digital tools and platforms (e.
., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) to attract and engage top talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with P&O Business Partners and other cross-functional team to ensure alignment with talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Contribute with fresh ideas and insights to enhance recruitment processes, candidate engagement strategies, and employer brand messaging.
Required entry qualifications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience as an intern in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong plus Proficiency in English and Italian Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms; Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Eligibility to work in Italy What we offer Flexibility.
