TAX MANAGER, INTERNATIONAL TAX & TECHNOLOGY

Description About the Role.
The Manager of International Tax will be a key member of the Tax Team focused on process improvement and technology implementation for international compliance and reporting matters.  This highly visible position will work in a cross-functional capacity on advanced, mission-critical concepts.
What You'll Do Work with colleagues to document quarterly and annual income tax provision and tax account reconciliation processes under US GAAP reporting and local statutory reporting rules.
Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to streamline reporting processes.
  Assist in implementation of key reporting software.
Establish effective tax control processes; drive a culture of continuous improvement around tax process, tax reporting/compliance, documentation and tax controls.
Perform data modelling and data flow design using Alteryx, Power BI, and other tools for monthly/quarterly/project-based modelling and scenario planning.
Assist in other tax related projects as requested by tax management.
What You'll Need A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance and/or a master’s degree in related field 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in tax reporting/compliance and/or financial accounting processes Professional experience with Microsoft Applications such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, MS SQL and Power Query Experience performing analysis, data transformation and financial modelling Proactive attitude, attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize and work both autonomously and with colleagues in multiple time zones Strong project management skills Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Desired Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Consultant Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, DP-500 Alteryx Designer Core certification Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM Working knowledge of Onesource, Corptax and Monday.
