When you decide to work with GUS, you will be joining an industry leading, global organisation that has a reach in over 150 different countries. the Team Leader for IBD will be responsible for leading a team of 5-8 Business Development Coordinators focused on virtually supporting new agents and BD’s and improving adoption at scale. This ideal candidate should be comfortable coaching a team of BD Coordinators to ensure stellar service to our customers. In this role you will ensure consistent delivery best practices are applied and influence the overall global engagement and delivery approach. The Team Leader will be responsible in setting up procedures and SOP for the team, as well as completing incentive calculations. The Team Leader will be responsible to liaise with stake holders at various levels to help the team achieve KPI’s and deliver world class service to our business partners. The team supports the BD’s for Canadian brands under GUS. The Job roles include: · Coordinating between brand and BD’s · Manage mailbox by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions/complaints/Escalations with Daily/WTD/MTD reporting Bachelor's degree or higher Team handling, leadership, strong coaching and personnel development skills required Business Development in education sector Oversee Agent contracts Experience in handling International / Global Operations Implement contract compliance policy Understanding of statistical modelling, reporting and spreadsheets Strong communication skills (written, oral & email) Relevant experience into Customer success/program management /account management Experience working with senior level executives Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and manage the IBD team’s Business Metrics and productivity Self-directed can prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills Ability to identify errors Ability to work to deadlines Strong client relationship management and customer service skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Advanced Excel & Salesforce Please note this position is only available on our Consultancy Agreement.
