TECHNICAL PV SPECIALIST, MILAN - ITALY

Responsibilities.
Oversee recently acquired portfolios, ensuring compliance with permits and documentation.
Technical reporting for financing projects.
Supervise Technical Operation and Maintenance Activities.
Lead performance analysis of plants.
Ensure site security through various measures.
Organize data rooms.
Provide technical support to internal staff and external consultants.
Conduct routine and extraordinary site inspections, including health and safety checks.
Lead technical initiatives like retrofit, repowering, and other technology capital expenditure projects.
Support technical aspects during claim management (Insurance, Manufacturer Warranty, O&M Contract).
Monitor and validate technical solutions.
Contribute to drafting contracts (EPC and O&M).
Periodically verify revenues.
Ensure all necessary documents are in order.
Support technical Due Diligence of New Plants, including construction supervision where applicable.
Competences and Experience.
Graduated in energy/electrical/mechanical engineering.
2-3 years of experience in the renewable sector (experience in photovoltaics is a plus).
Knowledge of main grid requirements and data networks.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, thriving in remote management.
Proficient in both Italian and English languages.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to act decisively and maintain a positive attitude.
Comfortable with regular routine tasks, self-driven, and confident in an international context.
Willingness to travel with flexibility and punctuality.
