The role owner can be based in Emilia Romagna, Veneto or North Tuscany.
As Technical Service Engineer you will be a part of our technical service team in Italy (in your assigned area), providing technical support to our local customers.

What you will do.
Perform installations, repair and maintenance activity Perform training, both internally and externally where needed Complete service reports accurately Actively promote M-I service and products to our customers, improving the up-time of the application and maximizing M-I sales results in addition to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction Work in partnership with the Sales teams to assist with sales revenue targets and revenue growth.
Build strong relationship with the Sales department Travel to customers site within your assigned area along with occasional travel nationally to attend training events and meetings What you need to have.
Essential At least 2-3 years’ experience as Field Service Engineer or as Technical Service Engineer Software capabilities Ability to technically assess situations and issues, and proactively advise on solutions Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills High level of Italian and intermediate level of English Desirable Certification relating to Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or Networking Vision cameras knowledge Expert knowledge of technical products, ideally similar to MI’s product range You’ll only be the right candidate if you are aligned to our values and culture.
