Your Role.
The Territory Specialist (TS) is responsible for ensuring execution and high performance of all tasks and goals assigned by the Territory Specialists Manager.
The TS responds to requests for Escalations, Mentoring and Technical Assistance ensuring rapid resolution of critical situations while providing valuable learning experience for the local FSE's increasing their technical proficiency and service efficiency.
The Territory Specialist will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a specific product or product family, especially during NPI phases, taking a leadership position for advanced technical information and expertise within the geography.
The TS will help effect continuous improvement of Field Service performance, primarily measurable through field performance metrics (e.
.
Escalation Resolution time).
This position is part of the Operational team within the SCIEX Service Organization and will be in a European country (remote).
International travel is expected if required.
Responsibilities.
u00b7 Provides timely on-site or remote Escalation and Technical Support offering authoritative solutions to challenging customer instrument problems by identifying, analyzing, and solving complex hardware and/or software failures.
u00b7 Mentors junior staff by accompanying FSEs on service calls, installations and PMs within defined Territory targeting new hires and recently trained FSEs.
Partners with District Managers on identifying others needing additional mentoring.
Improves FSE skills and technical abilities by observing performance and offering practical advice on successful behaviors and delivers advanced & legacy technology training not provided by Technical Training group on an as needed basis.
u00b7 Ensures the successful introduction of new products through early access during product development, which results in a high level of expertise before product launch.
Assists Service Development, Technical Training and FSEs with initial installations u00b7 Field advocate to internal groups for instrument reliability and serviceability issues.
Participate in weekly escalations reviews to feedback escalations learning to internal teams u00b7 Responsible for helping to achieve performance goals (e.

u00b7 A t least two years at SCIEX - preferred, but not exclusive, as Specialist or Senior level u00b7 Demonstrable experience with SCIEX CE products like PA800, BioPhase, Empower u00b7 Must be able to travel within assigned geography, up to 90% travel at times.

u00b7 Superior expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a broad range of SCIEX products.
u00b7 Participation and/or identify opportunities for PSPs & Kaizens as required.

Le Spécialiste de Territoire sera le Point de Contact Unique pour un produit ou une famille de produits spécifique, en particulier pendant les phases de lancement de nouveau produit (NPI) prenant une position de leader pour les informations techniques avancées et l'expertise au sein de la région.
Le ST contribuera à l'amélioration continue des performances du service sur le terrain, principalement mesurable par les indicateurs de performance sur le terrain (par exemple, le temps de résolution des escalades).

Améliorer les compétences et les capacités techniques des ingénieurs en observant et en offrant des conseils pratiques à propos de leurs performances, de leurs comportements tout en leur dispensant une formation avancée sur les technologies anciennes et nouvelles non fournie par le groupe de formation technique au besoin.
