Responsibilities.
Support the planning and budgeting processes in the industrial area by working in partnership with the Business Line and Operations & Supply chain teams Contribute to the definition of metrics and standard in the industrial field with the aim to support the business in the interpretation of actions/ initiatives/investments proposed by the Line by anticipating possible risks and opportunities Define, release and review a periodic reporting system on seasonal standard costs and variances vs actual costs, material consumption monitoring, etc.
to support the business Support the Supply Chain and Raw Material Purchasing Teams in the purchasing and production forecasting processes and KPIs monitoring Contribute to the reading of Textile P&L in order to evaluate the performance of Operations & Supply Chain and Raw Material Purchasing Teams, in cooperation with Controlling & Business Analysis Textile Actively support Product Costing Team in calculation and evaluation of seasonal standard cost Support the periodical review of the cost by department and process in order to set the adequate standard Support Operations & Supply chain teams in the review of the workload and sizing of the production capacity by department and process Continuously monitor the relevant KPI’s for Industrial and Supply Chain Area (i.

OEE, Lead Time, Level of service, Scrap, etc.) Collaborate in the evaluation of new investments (make or buy) Support Procurement in the definition of agreements with external sub-contractors Provide estimates on cash flow of the relevant cash items in the Industrial Area Contribute to develop and to maintain an adequate information technology support for the Industrial Control process (coding, authorization flows, reporting, process checks, etc.) liaising with the IT department Profile University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Engineering At least 3 years of relevant work experience as Industrial & Supply Chain Senior Controller in multinational and structured companies Previous Experience in Standard cost process definition Excellent analytical skills Business oriented, dynamic, proactive, team player and able to meet deadlines Working knowledge of industrial ERP, reporting and budget systems (Hyperion and SAP preferred) and Office package (mainly Excel and Powerpoint) Fluent English, both spoken and written, would be a plus
