The Mall Luxury Outlets is looking for a Relational Marketing Account who will give essential support to the Relational Marketing & CRM function, delivering a relevant client experience to our most important guests and to the clients enrolling to The Mall Club Loyalty Program How you will contribute   Greet customers and provide information about the loyalty program Proactively propose membership to TMC Work closely with The Mall Private Concierge to build customer loyalty and organize activities dedicated to VICs Monitor and manage the materials produced for the TMC Manage The Mall Mate services at The Mall Firenze Support team’s needs and be a reliable asset for the development of the function and suggesting improvement actions Liaise with The Mall partners in a professional and polite way, to ensure the best services to The Mall clients Support any kind of Relational Marketing projects Who you are   An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person A positive person with a proven Relational Marketing background preferably from within luxury fashion A fluent Italian, English and Chinese communicator.
