On behalf of our Client Gilead a global biopharmaceutical company leader in immunotherapy and engineered T cell therapy IQVIA is looking for a Therapeutic Specialist.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated talent to join the Kite Team and to be part of our exciting journey in the development of innovative cancer cell therapies and their translation to the treatment for patients with cancer.
The role is field based and will be responsible for managing activities within their assigned working area.
Veneto preferred residence.
Padova RESPONSIBILITIES.
Ensure indepth level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of the Companys Cell Therapy products to healthcare professionals in compliance with ethical and internal compliance rules pharmaceutical regulations and according to the strategy determined by the company; Provides support for the development and implementation of the Care Pathway strategy and in accordance with the product strategy puts in place campaigns focused on patient journey and on the needs of healthcare professionals; Responsible for achieving coverage and frequency targets and consistently achieving sales targets in assigned territory; Provides support to prepare accurate treatment forecast analysis supported by insights of trends industry dynamics opportunities and challenges in the therapeutic landscape; Utilizes a cross-functional account management approach to leverage resources and expertise from across the wider team; Accountable for implementing and executing effective customer engagement strategies and field action plans utilizing a multi-channel approach and building clinical advocacy; Works both as an individual contributor and as active part of the cross-functional team; Completes necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner e.

REQUIREMENTS.
Typical candidates will possess a BA/BS degree or MS degree in Pharmaceutical o Biological sciences and initial sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; Previous experience as Medical Sales Representative (23 years) who have contacts with hematology specialists.
Familiarity with the lymphoma area will be considered a plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
Open-minded approach with curiosity on new challenges and strong drive to make impact combined with can do and problem-solving attitude; Ability to adapt quickly in an evolving environment keeping strong focus on business priority; Project management fundamentals to apply in daily activities; Be curious about industry trends and remain current updated with competitors resources and practices.
Can speak to the pros and cons (overall goals of plan cost vs.
efficacy dosing duration etc.) of a product protocol and asks in-depth questions of experts to clarify understanding; Proactively identifies issues opportunities and resolutions; Attitude to work in cross-fucntional team; Serves as a technical expert of assigned product therapeutic/disease classes and patient needs to educate/influence key physicians/community members.
Can credibly discuss the science of therapeutic products with relevant stakeholders.

Starting with a temporary contract 1 year.
