This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring occasional travel to the office.
Therefore, candidates should be residents of Rome to accommodate this aspect of the position.
The Position In this role you will participate to a variety of tasks and work cross functionally with many different teams.
You will be responsible for.
Assessing frontline employees’ learning needs and competency gaps through a comprehensive 360° approach.
Contributing to the development of learning initiatives and training activities tailored to address identified needs and gaps.
Utilizing diverse channels, learning approaches, and methodologies to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
Leading project management efforts for all L&D initiatives from needs analysis to impact measurement.
Monitoring and maintain documentation of L&D activities in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Managing eLearning platforms to facilitate continuous learning and development   You should also be prepared for occasional travel throughout the year for training events.
This is a temporary position, with a 18 months contract.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in humanities or business is preferred.
Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
Some experience (min 3 years) as a trainer in a multinational context or as a consultant in a training agency.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, approaches, and methodologies, with experience in designing and implementing learning activities.
Solid digital skills and mindset.
