Job Description Following our strategy to unleash the full potential of our international markets, we are seeking a Tour Operator Manager focused on the Italian and Spanish markets.
With a strong emphasis on business development, the Tour Operator Manager will lead sourcing and negotiations with new partners in these regions.
Responsibilities.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue in the Italian and Spanish markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local tour operators in these markets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our presence in the regions.
Collaborate with supply and sales teams to ensure that offers correspond to VPG standards and targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Oversee operational aspects such as contracting, pricing, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Negotiate deals from A to Z.
Coordinate the sale with the departments in charge of the production of the sale.
