TRADE FINANCE SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a Trade Finance Specialist to join the Treasury department. You’ll be reporting to the Senior Treasury and you will support the treasury activities. Tasks and Duties: Support the negotiation and contractualization of bonds and securities package related to our Energy Storage projects (i.e. Performance bonds, Advance Payment bonds, Warranty bonds); Responsible for the securities issuance process, coordinate banks or other financial institutions and client requests, respecting contractual timeline; Constantly monitoring credit lines actual and forecast credit line use to support the Company’s growing project portfolio; Directly support the CFO and the Treasury department and liaise with banks in the analysis and execution of bonds, guarantees and FX hedging strategy to support the projects in portfolio; Support in cash flow and treasury planning and reporting, in collaboration with the internal control team; Support the CFO and the Treasury department in the analysis, planning, design and implementation of the corporate-level bank and capital market transactions required to support the Company’s growing project portfolio. Technical Requirements: Master's degree in / Economics/ Business Administration/ Law; Good knowledge of bonds and contractual financial guarantees; Good knowledge of FX hedging instruments; +2 years experience in construction or comparable industries; Fluency in English. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Good communication skills; Prone to working in a team and independently, to problem solving, and capable of working in compliance with the assigned deadlines; Accuracy and excellent analytical skills. Location: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.
