PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Trade Marketing Support is a helping figure to the team for the development, implementation and monitoring of all trade marketing plans across the Wholesales business. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support the team with the setting up company portals for the sales campaign Assist spot request of business parties (graphics, logos, customized artworks) Support the definition of guidelines for the Seasonal marketing strategy, coherent with the brand identity Develop the sales of POP materials by finding the most efficient solutions ACTIVITIES Manage day-by-day communication with regional sales managers and ensure all needs are met Collaborate with the Sales team and agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives Work with Product and Marketing teams to create marketing collaterals, releasing communication and campaigns to promote the collection Create ideas for the development of new tools and product presentations based on global requirements Interacting with agents, distributors, customers and Sales team to exchange information about customers and market situation Coordinate with the Product team to establish the timing schedule of trade marketing tools on a seasonal basis Collect orders from clients and process them to vendors Provide reports to monitor trade marketing tools sales Monitor the stock level (gadgets and marketing kit, logos) Keep WDP/Trade marketing section updated with newness Work on the monthly newsletter for WHL Experience: 1/2 years of experience in field/trade marketing activities, preferably for the fashion industry Education: University Degree in Marketing or related field Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory. Any other European language is considered as a plus PC Skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word are a must Good knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
