Context and Purpose of the job The UX Specialist will support for design process based on a continuous improvement approach, iterating over analysis – design – test loops.
By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand and fulfill the requirements of the Brands and will help the team translating them into design solutions that are both effective and enjoyable to use.

A thorough understanding of user-centred design methodologies is required.
Requirements Studies in user experience, interaction design, information architecture or related field; 2 years of experience on User Experience or related fields; Good knowledge of analysis and research methodologies; Good knowledge of Contentsquare and A/B Test tools will be considered a plus; Well-aware of the design trends and the current state of the industry; Willing to explore new design tools and improve processes constantly; Proactive attitude and will to learn; Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills; A strong understanding of e-commerce would be advantageous We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal.
