Join us as a UX/UI Design Lead What you will be doing Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will join the UX/UI Design team and support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France, and soon other countries) in activities such as.
Overseeing the UX/UI team in its day-to-day work, ensuring its integration within cross-functional squads, and enabling it to track and understand the impact of its work on the company's objectives; Working closely with squad leaders, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our product designs are aligned with the company's goals and vision, while maintaining a focus on user experience; Leading and mentoring a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture; Defining and implementing the overall UX/UI design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs; Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences; Conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences; Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions; Continuously iterating and optimizing designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices; Establishiing and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms; Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and design tools to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
The UX/UI Design Lead will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company.
As a key member of the product leadership team, you will collaborate closely with great team members with the aim of continuously contributing to and enhancing our product while fostering a culture of design both within and outside the team.

Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Service Design or a related field; Proven experience (5+ years in UX/UI digital design roles and minimum 3 years of team leading) in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership capabilities; Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar tools; Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
You are.
An excellent communicator with great presentation skills, and the ability to convey concepts concisely and effectively; Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions; Able to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milano with a hybrid work policy.
