Global Vein to Vein (planning & logistics) The Vein to Vein (V2V) team is a global team that supports the patient journey of cell therapies from a planning & logistics point of view.
We are organized globally with regional sub teams.
We partner with many internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, fast & compliant movement of patient cells across the different supply chain nodes.
Currently new manufacturing facilities are being developed in Ghent to treat patients a year.
Role.
EMEA Vein to Vein Planning Lead Key to this role will be driving planning and logistics projects to improve our current set up and enhance for scalability.
This will require building a strong network and collaborating cross functionally to roll out processes which are efficient end to end.
We are building capabilities to automate processes and ensure optimal customer experience towards our treatment sites.
This role will support the design, testing and role-out of these capabilities.
Critical aspect of the Vein to Vein flow is the compliance to Chain of Custody (CoC) and Chain of Identity (CoI) which has to be maintained at all time.
Crucial to commercialization for launch is the supply chain readiness and certification of treatment sites which this role will support by training them on receipt/storage/shipment, master data setup and completion of Logistics Test Runs (LTRs).
Responsibilities Strategic demand/capacity planning of our cryopreservation network Coordination of projects such as country launch supply chain readiness Coordination with internal warehouses and distribution centers to support smooth patient journeys Ensure adherence, improvement of our COC/COI requirements both in the manual as automated processes  Support the treatment site certification efforts (eg.
training, logistics test run) Develop SOPs / WI as needed while working on process flow improvement Support development, build, testing (UAT) and roll-out of new capabilities Development and tracking of metrics Other duties will be assigned, as necessary Qualifications Experience & skills Master’s in Engineering or Supply chain  3-7 years working experience Comfortable to work in a global and ambiguous setting that is in flux Ability to work cross-functionally Effective communication skills (candid, concise, active listening) Constant drive for improvement and innovation Positive can-do mindset when dealing with challenges Strong self-awareness & open for giving/receiving feedback IT system affinity is a plus FPX/Green belt/..
