VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION PERFORMANCE ENGINEER

Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Verification and Validation (V&V) Performance Engineer, who will be employed in the Vehicle Validation and Verification department of Italdesign based in Turin, having the opportunity of business travel worldwide. S/He will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development. Responsibilities Definition of a V&V testing strategy and synergetic testing plan; Performance of maturity level tests; Confirmation of the planned maturity levels of all vehicle functions; Ensure that all vehicle functions reach the maturity levels in time according to the milestones; Coordination and tracking of all V&V activities for the system and sub-systems; Creation of status reports including risk analysis and escalation in case of deviations; Presenting of status reports even on high management level; Creation and presentation of the vehicle characteristics report; Planning, preparation and active attendance to test drives on management level. Key requirements At least 3 years of experience in vehicle testing, validation, or vehicle development; Experience of presenting on management level; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of Whole Vehicle Development processes; Analytical skills and problem-solving ability in cross-functional and multi-cultural environment; Ability to effectively communicate timelines and project progress to management levels; Ability to integrate and work in a cross-functional team; Persistence and endurance to overcome significant challenges; Convincing, asserting and strong presentation skills are mandatory; Ability to work to a very high level of accuracy and detail.
