About the Role In our site in Anzola dell’Emilia we are seeking for a fresh graduate, who will be part of the Warehouse Logistic Handling & Shipping Department, for a six-month refunded internship.
The successful candidate will join and support the team and will have the great opportunity to get hands-on experience on an innovative and automatic warehouse with robotic cells.
On a daily basis the candidate will.
Participate in the definition of the logistics flows, design an up-to-date layout and organize the picking area of the automated cell.
Define new software logics for the automation and coordination of different material flows.
Elaborate data analysis for the dimensioning of a new automatic handling and storage system.
Search for suppliers or partners for the implementation of servicing and system support facilities.
Support the team in selecting tests for categories of components located in an automated warehouse under real conditions and manipulate data collection of the results.
What You Need to Be Successful The ideal candidate has.
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering and a sheer interest towards logistics and innovation.
Good command of Office Suite (Excel, Ppt).
Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and being a real team player.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Ability/opportunity to work autonomously on specific assigned task.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
