The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. The Role
The Wholesale Planning team is responsible for the selection, range building and sell out analysis for wholesale Region South East. In a constantly changing environment, we strive to build the best assortment for each of our wholesale partners based upon customer profile, sales targets and regional landscape.
Working closely with the wholesale sales and brand team, our wholesale partners, collaboration, strong communication and a passion for opportunity and success are the foundations for this team.
Reporting into the Senior Manager Wholesale Planner, the Senior Wholesale Planner plays a key role in delivering the range strategy for one of our brand. Focusing on our seasonal ranges,collaborating with the wholesale sales and brand team they are responsible for creating a strategy, which supports business growth, drives ASP (Average Selling Price) whilst protecting brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weekly recap and analysis of best and slow sellers vs. plan and LY
• Weekly performance review of Divisions and Partners to advise on possible actions (eg. Markdowns)
• Sell In vs. Sell Out Analysis as support to drive key Milestones Sell In Calendar
• Forecasting of sales, stock and markdown for key partner
• Recap the performance of the assortment including average weekly sell-through, color performance, and SKU productivity to be used as input for future seasons
• Be on top of replenishment forecast opportunities – for top partners, focusing on NOS
• Develop recommended inventory flow for (top) Account based on business plan and current Account / store cluster / store performance and available stock & sale data
• Manage, implement and maintain the optimal seasonal ranges in accordance with defined business processes and deadlines
• Plan and deliver higher ASP (Average Selling Price), increased productivity rates, improved option efficiencies and synergies across all channels
• Support the business with seasonal customer priorities analysis and implementation
• Manage monthly/seasonal forecast review and insights for Wholesale
• Support post-season analysis and feedback accordingly
About YOU
• At least 2/3 years of relevant experience in Merchandise planning, Financial planning or Merchandising;
• You have solid experience in managing teams, developing, and coaching future potential leaders
• You build great relationships with teams to Inspire Trust and use your stakeholder management skills to Collaborate to Win
• You Connect to Consumers and Make Informed Decisions together to deliver customer-centric solutions and achieve great results
• You have experience working with Buyers to drive out range plans supported by in-depth analysis
• You have experience working in a faced paced environment and can Adapt Fast to the business needs and priorities
• You’re commercially astute and highly analytical, Making Informed Decisions and communicate with impact across all levels
• You have in-depth knowledge of the current competitive market place
• You Stay Curious by questioning, acting and learning every day
• Excellent command of English language - verbal and written;
• You can be based in Milan, Istanbul or Dubai
