Main Responsibilities: Local Owner of Enterprise PLM and ERP, Responsible for Implementation and Evolutionary Maintenance, including Budget estimation. Manage Consultants supporting the tools Implementation and Validation including the contracts review, in partnership with Purchasing and Legal Functions. Act as Internal consultant, providing support on Product Configuration management topic to R&D and Manufacturing. The more complex activities required the coordination of internal resources as well as external Specialists for: rules definition, process modelling and training.
R&D member of the Global Committee Baxter, for the definition of tools to be used in Product Lifecycle management.
Relevant projects lead, SME work and/or Influencer:
- R&D representative and final approver for that area, in the global Team for the definition of a common support for PLM platforms, which has led to significant cost reduction (-59% for SWE and 27% for ITA);
- R&D Representative into Global CM initiative for designing the evolution strategy in terms of IT tools;
- PM for the implementation of Purchasing Supplier Collaboration processes within PLM tool;
- Business partner in the IT project related to PLM Servers virtualization, with budget, control of activities execution, and approval responsibilities;
- PM for a major upgrade of PLM platform, comprising both application and a more robust infrastructure;
- PM for the migration of new product' configurations from external Partner into the Company's PLM.

Owner of Product Configuration for Medical Devices. Responsible to ensure with Resources, rules and systems, integrity, accuracy, availability and accessibility of product information to R&D, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality.
PLM's System Business Ownership with strategic roadmap for an engineering integrated environment.
Lead the following projects:
- Implementation of manufacturing process concept within Monitors manufacturing; Italy was the first Site within the Group
- '21 CFR Part 11 compliance' for the Italian bigger Site, including Inventory, GxP & P11 Assessment, Training and Remediation Plan for +250 systems.



- Major upgrade of ERP system, comprising application, infrastructure and new way of working in Manufacturing
- Implementation of PLM tool (PDMLink, the first Site within the Group).
- HW electronics development process management integrated into PLM.
- Act as Interface of Monitor Units to IT for STD Client implementation, with the responsibility to negotiate with IT the right client configuration and policies for the different group of users: MFG operators, Administrative, Engineers.
- Creation of a full Quality System for Computer System Development and Maintenance, in accordance with Laws and regulations, and delivered Training.
- Promoted the concept of 'authorship' regarding m-BoM, moving creation and maintenance responsibilities to
Manufacturing Engineering.
- Lead the Business and Technical implementation of ERP and PLM integration, including automated M-BoM into ERP.
- Lead the project to implement Electronic Signatures on Design output documentation, to create a paperless
product documentation System.

Assist the Procurement Manager in development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and professional operation that is consistent with corporate requirements. Elaborate monthly/yearly metrics analysis with the aim to monitor the purchasing performances.
Select and manage suppliers and tools to support purchasing activities by preparing improvement proposals, negotiating purchasing agreements, monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance.
Regularly monitor production flow and analyse materials needs. Execute call-off of parts used to manufacture medical devices, accessories and spare parts.
Contract and purchase orders emission for repair services and auxiliary materials.
Support to warehouse and manufacturing people in understanding ERP functionalities.
