Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis, valuation, and contract negotiation regarding Joint-Venture, M&A projects and Business Plan
- Financial modelling for DCF analysis, Group WACC and Sum-of-the-Parts (SOTP) calculation; perform sensitivity and what-if analysis
- Calculation and analysis of Group’s credit ratios to support the dialogue with Credit Rating Agencies
- Provide support in the analysis of debt repayments, re-financing alternatives and their impact on leverage and cost of funding
- Prepare the documentation for the Investment Committee, M&A Committee, and Executives

- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting
- Compare actual to budgeted results and analysing causes of unexpected variance
- Act as advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and reports for Executives and Senior management
