Due Diligence NPL. Main activities:
–	Evaluate NPL investments by analysing, processing and gathering data and information, drawing the business plan
–	Support investment and divestment operations, carrying out the related due diligence
–	Manage and coordinate all the stakeholders involved
–	Estimate NPL cash flows based on the portfolio assumption taken
–	Present analysis to top management

Strategy & Operations. Main projects:
–	Integrazione IMI – CFO AREA: Merger between Intesa Sanpaolo and Banca IMI in terms of Treasury, Capital Markets (market access, products...) and consolidated managerial reporting (i.e. Segment Reporting, Tableau de Bord...)
–	Rendicontazione Finanza Consolidata – CFO AREA: Feasibility study on a consolidated financial report at Intesa Sanpaolo group's level (costs and benefits, implementation timing, ...)
–	Big Financial Data (BFD): Implementation of a new Bank Framework (integration between ALM and Liquidity system)
–	Minimum Capital Requirements for Market Risk (Basel III) – FRTB: “Fundamental review of the trading book” as the development of a methodological and organizational solution in compliance with the Basel III Regulatory framework (Reg. EU 575)

Economics and Statistics. Double degree programme.
