Prosper is a design studio that has worked in retail design delivery for more than 20 years.
Clients include several major shopping centres across the UK. My role at Prosper was brand guardian for 8 large shopping centres. This role was wide-ranging and included project management, compiling design bibles, approving all design intent packs, liaising with suppliers on site and ensuring that the final output was delivered to the highest standards.
It was essential to be up-to-date with retail design trends, and to be able to read/interpret design briefs, in order to advise clients on commercially effective design principles, and to produce shop designs.
Key areas of responsibility and skills required included: representing the company brand and bringing in new business, project management, problem solving, keen eye for detail (essential to ensure compliance
with design and safety standards), working to tight deadlines, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, working across teams (including teams with occasionally conflicting priorities).

Informazioni addizionali
I am an interior designer and retail design consultant, with additional experience as a project manager.
Since graduation I have gained over 5 years work experience in Italy and the UK. My assignments to date include EXPO Milano 2015 (pavilion design and management), luxury retail design, high street brands, shopping centre design, trade fairs/events, plus work for banks and aerospace manufacturers. My skill set includes many aspects of design work (including 3D modelling, photoshop, 2D drawing, and other programmes), client handling (organisation, logistics, communication skills, problem solving) and construction management.
I have a genuine passion for design and fashion, with a great eye for detail but also a pragmatic approach. I wake up every day feeling like a blank canvas, with new emotions to express through my work, a meticulous sense that every detail matters to complete a look, but also with the realism to work in line with budgets and timing constraints.
