Main manufacturing processes: plastic moulding, metal cut and welding, automatic electronics assembling and soldering ,automatic assembling processes.
Main responability and targets reached:
•	Group budgeting and assets planning in accordance with inputs provided by the BoD, Sales and the results of the analysis of the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet
•	Drafting and coordination of the group three-year industrial plan with redefinition of the production footprint across EMEA
•	Medium to long term investment planning
•	Planning, development and finalization of the “Industry 4.0” path
•	Coordination of the revamping and safety program of plastic molding machines, automatic assembly machines, cutting and welding centers
•	Reduction of logistics costs up to 40% 
•	Improvement in working capital through a drastic reduction in stock from 11 to 8 Ml€ 
•	Reduction of variable costs through large-scale implementation of Lean techniques in offices and manufacturing departments
•	Reorganization of "human capital" at any level through the enhancement of hard and soft skills, in particulary for Customer Service team

Main responability and targets reached:

•	New business development thanks to the product and service innovation. 
•	Re-design of existing products through the "Design for Manufacturing" logics (6 Sigma)
•	Review of the contractual supply conditions, recovering  over 30 days on payments and start-up of the Consignement Stock procedures with main suppliers.
•	Start-up of purchasing activities in Low Cost Countries
•	Setting of KPIs for the control panel of company Operations and BoD
•	Management of product performance improvement projects, with reduction of faulty ratio during the warranty period up to 90% and lead time improvement of over 30%.
